When you use the services of Antiqueforosh, place an online order, or email Antiqueforosh, these communications are conducted electronically, and if your request adheres to all the principles and procedures, you agree that Antiqueforosh will respond to your request electronically (via email, SMS, and other electronic services).
Working day means Saturday to Thursday each week, excluding public holidays in Iran, and all orders placed during working days are processed on the first day after the holidays. Antiqueforosh allows its customers to place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Antiqueforosh always strives to ensure that all orders reach its customers across the country in perfect condition and without damage. Given the safe and standard packaging of all shipments, delivery to any of the selected reputable transportation companies and issuance of a shipment bill (recorded in the shopping cart and notified via SMS) means that any accident during transport and delivery is the responsibility of the transportation company, and Antiqueforosh will only compensate for damages if confirmed by the transportation company. Damages caused during transportation must be reported to Antiqueforosh customer service within 24 working hours after delivery, and the damaged goods must be sent to Antiqueforosh customer service along with the official report from the transportation company, all accessories, and the invoice.
Antiqueforosh's pricing policy is based on customer-centric principles and respect for consumer rights. The prices offered for products on Antiqueforosh are retail prices (except for products where wholesale prices are also available on the product page), which are often set by the manufacturer or supplier of the product as approved, and other products are priced based on model, specifications, and similar products in the market.
After contacting the store support and agreeing on the return of the product and making the necessary arrangements, the product in question will be sent to the store's address or another address provided to the customer by the store support expert via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
